You are advised to read (and are responsible for reading) all information set out in these terms and conditions fully.

Advanced Reservation:

All of our appointments at BodyLife are based on advanced reservation.

Session Cancellation Policy:

24 hours notice of cancellation is required for all appointments.
Notice of less than 24 hours will incur a full payment of the session fee.

Re-scheduling a session:

At least 24 hrs notice is required to re-arrange a session; this can only be done if the trainer has the availability you need.
If the trainer is unavailable to re-schedule, the session would either need to be kept or be cancelled.

Lateness Policy:

If the client is late for a session the session cannot be extended and will end at the appointed time. If the trainer is late additional time will be added to the session or to subsequent sessions.
If the client arrives more than 20 minutes late for a scheduled appointment, the appointment will be forfeited due to time restrictions and the inability to complete the set program safely.

Payments:

Payments for sessions are to be made in advance. Package renewals are due at the last session of the current package.
All sessions are valid for 3 months and must be used within this time frame. Failure to do so will deem any remaining sessions void.
Exceptions to this policy include a medical condition that prohibits physical activity associated with training, physician communication is preferred in this situation.

Refund Policy:

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds if you decide that you know longer wish to use our services. Please be sure in advance that you understand exactly the services we provide and feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.

Long Term Absences – Injury, Illness, Pregnancy & Other:

Will be dealt with fairly and on an individual basis. Sessions can be used when you are well and able to do so again.
