BodyLife Personal Fitness Training in Tokyo specializes in weight loss, body shaping, muscle building, strength training, sports rehabilitation, diet and nutrition.
Our training systems include cardiovascular training, resistance training (both machines and free weights), core training and Pilates (beginners to advanced).
Training Approach
After an initial assessment of your fitness level and discussion about your goals, we will develop a personalized fitness program using proven training practices, specifically designed to your needs and interests. We will then re-evaluates your progress periodically and design new programs to maximize your training and minimize the risk of injury. The progress analysis is composed of a fitness evaluation and body composition (which incorporates use of fat calipers, measurements and computerized fitness analysis detailing body composition and fat percentage).
Our personal fitness trainers are certified by NESTA, BASI Pilates and the Japanese Physical Therapy Association (JPTA)
Training Locations
Personal training sessions can be held at the gym, your home, your apartments gym(if you have one), or local park.
